10 Things to Do on Hen Nights for the Bride

The Maid of Honor duties include throwing a party in honor of the bride-to-be, more commonly known as the bachelorette party or hen party. Throw your hen party one month to two weeks before the wedding so no last minute detail gets in the way. Once you are past the dinner menu and the invitations it is time to start planning the activities for the evening! I’m going to give you a list of 10 things to do on hen nights for the bride and hopefully get those creative juices flowing for you.
Since the new bride cannot be included in some of the question and answer games we need to make sure she has fun too. Of course the whole room will enjoy these but they are intended for only the bride. These are some dares for the brides that are more fun if done at a coed party or in a public place like a pub or a bar.
1. When the next song is played, jump up and SHOUT: ‘I Love This One’ then sing and dance your heart out
2. Recite the alphabet backwards
3. Con a male stranger into buying you a drink
4. Hop on one leg for 30 seconds
5. Dance like an Egyptian
6. Wear all her clothes inside out
7. Get a mans phone number
8. Approach a stranger of either sex and pretend you’ve known them for years and start reminiscing about old times
9. Find a married couple and ask them for sexual advice on a particular problem
10. Have a man autograph your torso
That’s only a list of 10 things to do on hen nights for the bride but it should get your ideas flowing. You’ll also need games for all of your party guests. Don’t embarrass the bride too much in front of her future mother-in-law but make sure she has fun too.
